	The Reminder Note box will always be in the middle of the screen on eBase. Use it as a 'to-do' list, reminders, etc. To add a reminder, click the blue plus icon FIRST. (1st illustration) In the second illustration, the date is entered (if different than today) and comments are added. Click the green check icon. In the third illustration, the reminder is complete. To edit this reminder, click the pencil icon. To delete this reminder, click the scissors icon. To add another reminder, click the blue plus icon. (Main Menu)
